Start with the address. Everything else comes after, and you can leave and come back to it. We are a virtual agent service: everything is handled by phone, email and video.
What happens after you submit
We review your file for anything missing or inconsistent, come back to you if something needs changing, and enter the listing on the MLS. You see each of those as its own status rather than a single "submitted".

About the fee
You pay the package fee when you start. It is refundable in full until your listing is entered on the MLS, at which point it is earned. Where a package carries an amount due at closing, it is owed only if the property sells. Add-ons are billed when they are booked.
*Listings go live as soon as 48 hours once signed paperwork and photographs are complete. If professional photography is being arranged, allow additional time for the shoot to be booked and edited. Same-day MLS entry is available as a $99 add-on. The package fee is paid when you start and is refundable in full until the listing is entered on the MLS, at which point it is earned. Where a package carries an amount due at closing, it is a fixed figure and is payable only on a closing. A listing may be withdrawn in writing at any time before an offer is accepted. Photography, signage, lockbox and similar marketing services are contracted separately with Michigan For Sale LLC, are payable to it, and are not refundable once performed. Brokerage compensation is not set by law and is fully negotiable. These terms are summarized here; the listing agreement and its addendum govern.
