Offer handling, negotiation and contract-to-close assistance are what separate the three packages, so they are chosen at signup rather than added later. Compare the packages.

Common questions

Do I have to buy any add-ons?

No. Every package works without a single one. The add-ons exist because some listings genuinely benefit from better media, and because bundling everything into one price would make the packages more expensive for people who do not need it.

Can I use my own photographer?

Yes. Upload your own photographs and skip the photography add-on entirely.

When are add-ons billed?

When they are booked, not at closing. They are marketing and media services, priced separately from brokerage compensation.

Are add-ons refundable?

Not once performed. A photographer who has shot your house has done the work whether or not the listing goes ahead.

Is virtual staging allowed?

Yes, and it is always disclosed as virtually staged. Presenting a digitally furnished room as a photograph of the actual room is not something we will do.
