What we aim for

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means text that meets contrast requirements, a page that works without a mouse, headings in a sensible order, and images that carry meaningful alternative text.

Where we know we fall short

Listing data and photographs syndicated from the MLS are not authored by us, and alternative text on third-party imagery is often missing or unhelpful. Where content is embedded from another service, we do not control its accessibility.

Tell us

If something on this site is hard to use or impossible to reach, call the number on this site and tell us what happened and what you were using. We would rather hear about it than not.

If you cannot use the website to start a listing, call and we will take the information over the phone instead. Nothing on this site is the only route to our service.

Equal housing

We conduct business in accordance with federal and Michigan fair housing law. We do not refuse to list, and do not vary the service we provide, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, age, marital status, or any other protected characteristic.
