These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern a listing engagement, which is set out in the listing agreement you sign. Where you sign a document here electronically, that signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, and you can ask us for a paper copy at no charge.
Using this site
The content here is general information about our listing services. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create a brokerage relationship. A brokerage relationship begins only when a listing agreement is signed by both you and the broker. If you open an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.
Prices and figures
Package prices, add-on prices and any savings comparisons on this site are current at the time you read them and may change. The price quoted when you start your listing is the one that applies to it. Comparison figures illustrate the listing side of a transaction only, exclude the package fee and any add-ons, and are neither a quote nor a prediction of what your home will sell for.
Commissions and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The terms that bind are the ones in your signed listing agreement, not the ones on this page. An offer sent to us through your listing's offer page is a set of terms, not a contract: nothing binds either side until a purchase agreement is signed.
No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this site guarantees that a property will sell, sell within any period, or sell at any price.
Third-party sites
Where a listing syndicates to sites we do not operate, we do not control how those sites display it or how long they keep it. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site.
