The MLS Entry (DIY) package is strictly a MLS data entry service and does not include formal agent representation. Sellers using this package are responsible for managing their own negotiations, paperwork, and transaction coordination.

The Limited Service and Full-Service Representation options are virtual agent services, meaning all communication, document reviews, negotiations, and support are provided remotely. We do not physically visit the property as part of these packages. If you require in-person assistance, such as on-site consultations, professional showings, or in-person transaction coordination, these services can be purchased separately as add-ons.
